TROUBLESHOOTING
Before going through the checklist, the check wiring connections. If any of the
problems persist after checking the list, contact your nearest service dealer.
Problem Cause Solution
No power. • The car ignition switch is
not on.
• The fuse is blown.
• If the power supply is
connected to the car
accessory circuits, but the
engine is not running, switch
the ignition key to “ACC”.
• Replace the fuse. Make sure
the amperage matches the
specied value.
No sound. • The volume is at minimum.
• The wiring is not properly
connected.
• Adjust the volume to a desired
level.
• Check the wiring connection.
The
operation
keys do not
work.
• The built-in microcomputer
is not operating properly
due to noise.
• Press the RESET button.
• The faceplate is not properly
installed.
The radio
does not
work.
• The antenna cable is not
connected.
• Insert the antenna cable
rmly.
The radio
station
automatic
selection
does not
work.
• The signals are too weak. • Select a station manually.
File
information
shows in
display
panel but
will not play.
You have les with Digital
Rights Management( DRM).

use.
