The JENSEN JTA-315 is a stereo Bluetooth 3-speed turntable system with external speakers, designed for playing vinyl records and streaming audio.
The primary function of the JTA-315 is to play vinyl records at three different speeds: 33, 45, and 78 RPM. It features a turntable platter, a turntable shaft, and a 45 RPM adaptor for different record types. The tone arm includes a lift lever, a latch, and a stylus cartridge for precise record playback. An AUTO STOP ON/OFF SELECTOR allows users to choose whether the platter automatically stops spinning at the end of a record. The PITCH CONTROL enables fine-tuning of the playing speed.
Beyond record playback, the JTA-315 offers Bluetooth connectivity in two ways:
The system also includes an AUX IN JACK for wired connection of external audio devices like MP3 players, CD players, and smartphones (excluding iPod shuffle 3rd generation). This allows users to play audio from these devices through the JTA-315's speakers.
For private listening, the unit is equipped with a STEREO HEADPHONE JACK, which automatically disconnects the external speakers when headphones are plugged in.
Power and Volume Control: The POWER/VOLUME CONTROL knob serves as both the power switch and volume adjuster. Rotating it clockwise from the OFF position turns the unit ON with a click sound, and further rotation increases the volume. The POWER/FUNCTION INDICATOR lights up to confirm the power status and selected function mode.
Function Selection: A FUNCTION SELECTOR allows users to switch between different modes: PHONO (for record playback), AUX IN (for wired external audio), Bluetooth In (BT IN), and Bluetooth Out (BT OUT).
Speaker Connection: The system comes with two external speakers that connect to the main unit via RCA type SPEAKER CONNECTORS. The right speaker connects to the red-coded output jack (R), and the left speaker connects to the white-coded output jack (L).
