Why do my Jensen SMPS-640 have no sound?

If your Jensen Speakers aren't producing any sound, several factors could be at play. First, the battery might be dead, so try recharging it. Ensure the speakers are properly connected to your device via Bluetooth by going through the 'Operating the Unit' process. Also, make sure the speakers are within the Bluetooth operating range (30 feet). Lastly, the volume might be too low, so press the Volume + button to increase the sound level.
