BATTERY
WARNINGS
1. Be sure that the batteries are installed correctly. Wrong polarity may damage the
unit.
2. (a) Do not mix old and new
batteries.
(b) Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium)
batteries.
3. If the unit is not to be used for an extended period of time, remove the batteries.
Old or
leaking
batteries can cause damage to the unit and may void the
warranty.
4. Do not dispose of batteries in fire, batteries may explode or
leak.
5. Do not try to recharge batteries not intended to be recharged; they can overheat
and rupture. (Follow battery manufacturers directions).
6. Dispose the old batteries in accordance with the local regulation.
BELT CLIP
The unit includes a BELT CLIP that allows you to wear the SAB-60 on your belt or
attach it to your bag.
1.
Attaching the BELT CLIP
a) Slide the two side tabs on the BELT CLIP into the two mounting
tracks located on the back of the unit.
b) The BELT CLIP locking tab will snap into place once it’s properly
attached.
2.
Removing the BELT CLIP
a) Pull back on the locking tab located on the BELT CLIP.
b) At the same time, slide the BELT CLIP down to remove it from
the two mounting tracks.
ARMBAND
An ARMBAND is included that allows you to wear the SAB-60 on your arm while
walking, working out or working around the house.
a) Feed the end of the ARMBAND through the openings in the BELT CLIP as shown
below.
b) Attach the BELT CLIP to the SAB-60.
c) Place the ARMBAND around your arm and adjust it using the hook and loop strips
that are attached to the ARMBAND.
