Classic setup of a single receiver
(for any analogue/digital servos)
- servo impulses are generated on servo outputs
- each output can be assigned to one of the groups from A to H
- servo outputs assigned to one group are generated at the same
time
- between two consecutive servo groups there is a delay of 2.5ms
