What to do if my Jofemar Vending machine rejects many coins and shows a '2'?
    • W
      woodallisonAug 21, 2025
If your Jofemar Vending machine rejects a high percentage of coins and displays a "2" each time a coin is inserted in sales monitoring mode, the measuring channel may be dirty, or the selector door might not be completely closed. Clean the selector with a cloth moistened with alcohol. If the problem persists, send the selector to customer service for adjustment. Also, check the return motor operation and remove any obstructions.

Why is my Jofemar J-2000 sending all coins to the vault?
    • A
      aharperAug 23, 2025
If the Jofemar J-2000 sends all coins to the vault, the change might be incorrectly programmed, the change tubes might be broken, or the maximum values programmed for coins in the tube have been exceeded. Check the values of compact address 22. Check compact address 51 to see whether coins should go to the right change tube. Check compact address 27. Reset the fault and empty the change tubes. Check compact addresses 21 and 29 to make sure maximum values have not been reached.

What to do if my Jofemar Vending machine rejects all coins and says 'out of service'?
    • S
      Scott EscobarAug 26, 2025
If all coins are rejected by the Jofemar Vending machine, making sales impossible, and the display indicates that the machine is out of service, it could be due to an internal elevator breakdown, expired product due to temperature, or a disconnected motor. Check the failure in machine address 06. For an internal elevator fault, try resetting it in address 07. If the product has expired due to temperature, remove it and reset the failure in address 07. If no motor is detected, inspect the three-motor assembly located on the transformer bracket.

Why are no banknotes accepted in my Jofemar Vending machine?
    • T
      Tina RosarioAug 27, 2025
If your Jofemar Vending machine is not accepting banknotes, it could be due to insufficient change, the banknote being inhibited, or the banknote not being recognized by the reader. Check whether an out-of-change message appears when the banknote is rejected. Also, check address 22 for banknote inhibitions and banknote acceptance.

What does a non-blinking '1' on the display of my Jofemar Vending machine mean when coins aren't accepted?
    • S
      Shawn MorganAug 30, 2025
If coins are not accepted by the Jofemar and a non-blinking "1" appears on the display, the machine may not be responding to communications properly. Check the cables connecting the machine to the compact.

Why are coins getting stuck in the tubes of my Jofemar J-2000?
    • E
      Evelyn JohnsonSep 1, 2025
If coins are getting stuck at the entrance of the tubes in the Jofemar J-2000, it could be due to incorrectly programmed change, sticking separators, or using the wrong tube model for the change combination. Check the values of compact address 22. Send the J-2000 to customer service. Replace the tubes.

Why aren't coins accepted and the display is off on my Jofemar J-2000?
    • Y
      Yvette HarrisSep 3, 2025
If the Jofemar J-2000 is not accepting coins and the display is off, preventing access to compact programming mode, it may be due to the J-2000 having no power supply or the wrong power supply. Check that the supply voltage is within the range admitted by the device. Check continuity of cables between the machine and the J-2000.

    Thomas LeeSep 5, 2025
Why are there no sales from a channel with product in my Jofemar Vending machine?
    • J
      Justin SparksSep 5, 2025
If there are no sales from a channel with product in your Jofemar Vending machine, it could be due to insufficient change, expired product, or problems with the inside door opening switch. Check that the display shows an out-of-change message when you select the product. If a product sold-out message is displayed, the product may be considered expired because the date programmed in address 19 has passed. Check that the internal door opening switch works properly; otherwise, the product sold-out marks will be deleted.

    Nicole SmithSep 7, 2025
Why have the programmed settings been lost on my Jofemar Vending machine?
    • K
      Kevin FarmerSep 7, 2025
If you lose the programmed settings on your Jofemar Vending machine, it may be due to electric noise. Make sure the machine is properly grounded.

What to do if there is no communication in programming mode on my Jofemar compact?
    • J
