    Why are no sales made from any channel in my Jofemar Vending machine?

      If no sales are occurring from any channel, it could be due to the machine being out of service. This might be caused by an elevator breakdown, a fault in the product detection system, or a disconnected motor. To resolve this, check the fault in the MASTER machine address. If the elevator is jammed, clear the jam and reset the fault in the MASTER machine's relevant address. If the lift motor isn't moving, verify it's receiving power when manually operated via the MASTER machine's manual handling address. If there's no power, inspect the wiring and control card.

      If the MASTER machine or module isn't detecting the slave machine, the cause might be an incorrect wiring connection between the two. You should check the connection cable between both machines and also inspect the internal connections of the cable with the slave machine's control card.
