13:1 Effective Occupancy
[Read, shows the occupancy status of the heat
pump. 1=Occupied, 2=Unoccupied, 3=Bypass
(temporary occupancy)]

[Read, shows heat pump as normal or emergency
shutdown 1=Auto(normal), 7=Off(shutdown)]

[Read/Write, controls the occupancy mode of the
heat Pump. 1=Occupied, 2=Unoccupied, 3=Bypass
