6. Operating Instructions
IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the user to verify the
calibration of the instrument before each use.
Battery Installation
Note: Always check that the compensator lock knob is in the “Off”
position before removing and/or replacing batteries.
1. Unscrew the battery cover screw in a
clockwise direction to open the battery
cover.
2. Insert six “AA” alkaline batteries into
the battery compartment according to
the polarity illustrated inside.
3. Close the battery cover.
4. Screw in the battery cover screw in a counter-clockwise direction
to lock the battery cover.
