**This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce
the risk of electric shock. this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. if the plug does not fit fully in
the outlet, reverse the plug, if it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension

Initial Part Check

Step 1: Harp and Shade Assembly

Insert Harp into Saddle, place Shade on Harp, and tighten Finial onto Harp.

Step 2: Bulb Replacement and Cord

Pinch clip from base, replace bulb with provided 7W bulb, secure clip, and insert bulb into socket.

Step 3: Stability Check

Place the assembled light on a level surface to check if it is stable.
