End chilling
Step Action
1 Shut off the water supply to the kettle’s steam generator
by setting the selector switch to heating.
2 Close the valve for chilling water out.
3 Open the kettle’s venting valve.
4 Open the valve for water level and allow the excess water
to drain out.
