Adjusng the Stem JMT 9
To adjust the handlebar height, open the black quick release lever
at the top of the stem, adjust to desired height then close again.
To collapse or raise the handlebars, li the chrome safety clasp
then open the vercal quick release lever, collapse the
handlebars.
To raise and lock into posion again reverse the same procedure.
