2-2. Coefcient Method
If you know the standard curve equation, you can use this method to test.
Move the cursor onto the Coefcient by pressing [»] and [«], and then press
[ENTER], it goes into the formula selecting screen. (Fig. 21)
Choose the formula you need by pressing “1” or “2” in the numeric keypad, you’ll
enter the coefcient method pre-testing screen. (Fig.22)
You can also select by pressing [»] and [«] followed by [ENTER].
Note:
The two formulas can be converted each other. It’s up to you to choose anyone of
them, but the operation will be the same.
C=KA+B is an example.
Set Wavelength
Press [GOTO] in the pre-testing screen and input the testing wavelength by pressing
the numeric keypad. (Fig.23)
