5 Resetting the STB thermostat

Push the reset button (1) in the direction of the arrow
until the snap-action switch is reset.

Failure of the measuring system, i.e. when the expansion liquid escapes, will
cause the pressure in the sensing system of the EMf-80 to drop and the circuit
1-2 will open. The thermostat can no longer be reset.

At temperatures below -10°C, circuit 1-2 will open, but will close automatically
when the temperature rises.
