Why is my Jura Z10 Coffee Maker not producing enough milk foam, or why is milk spraying from the dual spout?

Insufficient foam or spraying milk can occur if the dual spout is dirty. Ensure the cover of the dual spout is correctly fitted, and clean the milk system in the dual spout. You may also need to dismantle and rinse the dual spout. Another possible cause is that the milk and milk foam temperature is set too high; try setting a lower temperature for the product.
