Set
the
power
switch
to
“OFF”
to
turn
power
off.
Slide
EJECT
to
open
the
cassette
holder,
then
remove
the
cassette.
Close
and
lock
the
cassette
holder
by
pressing
PUSH.
BB
Press
BATTERY
RELEASE
to
remove
the
battery
pack.
Slide
the
LENS
COVER
open/close
switch
to
close
the
lens
cover.

When
the
VideoMovie's
exterior
is
dusty,
clean
by
gently
wiping
with
a
soft
cloth.
CAUTION:
Avoid
using
of
strong
cleaning
agents
such
as
benzine
or
alcohol
as
they
may
damage
the
exterior.

When
the
lens
is
dirty
or
dusty,
blow
it
with
a
blower
brush
and
then
gently
wipe
with
lens
cleaning
paper.

The
viewlinder
eyepiece
can
be
removed
for
cleaning.

Turn
the
eyepiece
counterclockwise
and
pull
it
out.
Remove
dust
with
a
blower
brush.
Bi
Align
the
marks,
reattach
the
eyepiece
and
tur
it
clockwise.

BULB

It
is
recommended
to
consult
your
nearest
JVC
dealer
for
replacing
the
bulb.
However,
if
you
wish
to
do
it
yourself,
proceed
as
follows:
(1)
Turn
and
loosen
the
screw
with
a
screw
driver.

Pull
out
the
lamp
cover.
(3)
Pull
out
the
bulb.
(4
Insert
a
new
bulb.

steps
[3]
and
[4],
use
the
tweezers
provided
with
new
bulb
to
hold
the
bulb.
Do
not
touch
the
bulb
directly.

Reattach
the
lamp
cover
and
tighten
the
screw.

CAUTIONS:

The
video
light
unit
and
the
bulb
are
very
hot
immediately
after
the
power
is
turned
off.
Bulb
replacement

should
be
performed
after
it
has
cooled.
(It
will
take
approx.
30
minutes
to
cool
sufficiently.)

Do
not
touch
the
bulb
directly.
If
it
is
accidentally
touched
by
your
fingers,
wipe
it
with
a
soft
cloth.
If
the
bulb
-is
installed
dirty,
it
may
cause
smoke
or
reduce
its
service
life.
