  If you can't hear any sound from the speakers of your JVC Car Stereo System, there are a few things to check: * Ensure the volume isn't set to the minimum; adjust it to a suitable level. * Verify all the cords and connections are correctly and firmly connected. * If the system malfunctioned due to external noise, try pressing the reset button on the control panel. Note that this will erase the clock setting and preset stations stored in memory.

  If your JVC Car Stereo System isn't automatically presetting stations using SSM (Strong-station Sequential Memory), it might be due to: * Weak signals, in which case you should store stations manually. * A loose antenna connection; make sure the antenna is firmly connected.
