“Channel Locked”
t The selected channel has been locked by the 
parental controls. Enter the unlock code when you

t The selected channel is a mature or parental lock 
channel, and locked by the parental lock or user 
lock code. Enter the correct lock code.
Troubleshooting
What appears to be trouble is not always serious. 
Check the following points before calling a service 
center.

adapters used for the connections (as well as

No sound comes out of the speakers.
t Adjust the volume to the optimum level.
t Check the cords and connections.

t Insert a finalized disc.

Playback does not start.
t The format of files is not supported by the unit.

t Reset the iPod/iPhone.
Sound is distorted.
t Deactivate the equalizer either on this unit or the 
iPod/iPhone.
A lot of noise is generated.

No operations are available when playing back a
