The
TM-22EG/EK
can
recharge
the
installed
NB-P1
battery
pack
in
8
—
12
hours.
1.
Connect
the
power
cord
to
the
AC
outlet.
2.
Set
the
MAINS
POWER
switch
at
the
rear
of
the
unit
to
ON.
MAINS POWER
VOLTAGE
SELECTOR.

/CHARGE
3.
Set
the
CHARGE/MONITOR
switch
on
the
top
of
the
unit
CHARGE.
4.
Turn
the
OFF/VOLUME
control
knob
clockwise
till
it
clicks
to
apply
power.
This
starts
recharging.

Do
not
recharge
the
NB-P1
battery
pack
more
than
15
hours
to
obtain
its
maximum
service
life.

After
finishing
recharging,
turn
the
OFF/VOLUME
control
knob
coun-
terclockwise
until
it
clicks
to
turn
the
power
off.
Then
set
the
CHARGE/MONITOR
—
switch
to
“MONITOR.

Both
AA-P22EG/EK/S
and
TU-
22EG/EK/S
can
also
recharge
the
NB-P1
battery
pack.

for
these
models.
Note:
e
About
8
hours
are
required
to
fully
charge
the
battery
pack.
However,
it
is
recommendable
to
continue
charging
a
little
longer
(about
10
—
12
hours.)
