When

@ When the power is set to STANDBY, or another mode
(TAPE or CD) is selected, the last tuned frequency is
stored in memory. When the power is switched on again
and TUNER/BAND button is pressed, the same station
will be heard.
Using the antennas
FM: Connect the provided FM feeder antenna
(see page 7).
AM: Adjust the position of AM loop antenna.
BEAT CUT switch
4) When beats are produced while listening to a broadcast or
recording, activate the BEAT CUT switch so that the beats
are eliminated or minimized.
FM MODE button
@ Seton.
@ Press the TUNER/BAND button; a band
and radio frequency will be shown in
the display.
© Select the band (FM or AM).
@ Tune to the required station.
FM MODE button
STEREO:
Set to this position when listening to or recording an FM
Stereo broadcast.
MONO:
Set to this position when FM stereo reception is noisy.
@ Seek tuning
Press the UP or DOWN button for one second or more;
the unit enters the seek tuning mode and tunes to
higher or lower frequencies, and when the broadcast is
received, it stops tuning automatically and the
broadcast can be heard.
