1. General
Specified Use
Software with the program module is intended specifically for controlling the load/idle phases
of Kaeser compressors by means of a remote, volt-free contact. The program module may
only be applied together with a SIGMA CONTROL BASIC controller. Any other use is
considered incorrect.
Specified use also means adherence to installation, removal, commissioning, operational and
maintenance conditions laid down by the manufacturer.
Liability
KAESER KOMPRESSOREN is not liable for any kind of damage or subsequent damage
resulting if the software supplied cannot be used for any reason.
Copyright
The copyright of the software supplied is the property of KAESER KOMPRESSOREN. The
end user is not entitled to pass on the software to any third party, either fully or in part.
