User
serviceable
parts
are
those
that
have
a
CUSTOMER
ORDER
NUMBER
listed
in
the
appropriate
parts
list.
When
assembling
the
charger
base,
DO
NOT
OVERTIGHTEN
SCREWS.
The
protective
earth
ground
may
be
accessed
from
the
exterior
of
the
charger
base
via
the
case
screw
labelled
as
such
in
the
charger
base
parts
breakdown
diagram.
Refer
to
the
charger
base
parts
breakdown
diagram
to
see
the
proper
routing
of
the
power
conductors
through
retaining
slots
in
the
charger
base
housing.
The
charger
base
is
easily
assembled
if
the
power
conductors
are
arranged
in
the
retaining
slots
as
shown,
with
the
two
haives
of
the
charger
base
housing
at
a
right
angle
with
the
bottom
of
the
halves
forming
the
vertex
of
the
angle.
The
remaining
length
of
the
power
conductors
will
then
fold
into
the
recessions
formed
by
the
housing
wall
and
interior
ribs
as
the
housing
halves
are
brought
together
by
closing
the
angle.
Note
that
the
power
conductors
must
be
connected
to
the
proper
terminal
blocks.
The
chart
below
gives
the
proper
connections.
