  If the brushes in the brush head of your Kärcher Pressure Washer are not rotating, but the suction turbine is running, it could be that the hand pipe is not correctly inserted into the motor casing or is worn out. Ensure the hand pipe is inserted vertically into the motor casing. If the pipe end is worn out, especially from use without the joint or upholstery nozzle, the end switch may not activate, preventing the brushes from rotating. In this case, replace the hand pipe.
