CALL DIVERSION
An extension can make calls coming to his telephone ring at another extension, thanks to
this feature. This facility offers some options to control forwarding of calls based on
following conditions: Operation mode of the system, nature of the calls and phone status.
Unanswered/Busy/Busy+Unanswered/Unconditional: Any of these options is selected
to determine the phone status for diversion.
Active/Inactive: By this option, the diversion can be activated or cancelled.
Extension/Line/All Calls: Any type of calls is selected to divert by this option.
Day/Night/All Day: Any of these options is selected to determine the system operation
mode of diversion.
NOTE: The user is informed about the existing call diversion by the related icon and ‘Active
Services’ list on the screen. The existing call diversion is also seen in this menu, too.
