Inspect vehicle for wires, fuel tanks, brake lines, and other vital items before drilling or installing.
Read all instructions and use provided rack assembly guide. The 3/8" hardware is for rack-to-feet connection.
Details all components, hardware, part numbers, and quantities necessary for the installation process.
Locate mounting studs on the van roof and choose crossbar positions for even weight distribution.
Position feet and brackets over roof studs. Secure loosely with specified hardware, repeating for all feet.
Measure and record spacing between feet. Align crossbars to feet based on measured dimensions and tighten.
Place the assembled rack onto the installed feet. Bolt crossbars to feet using 3/8" hardware and ensure all connections are tight.
