Loosen all wheel bolts by using wheel wrench.
Remove them according to the shown gure.
Lift the vehicle by using a proper type of lift
device. Use lifting points shown above.
WARNING
•
Prior to lift the vehicle; do not loosen
the bolts completely and do not remove
them.
• Prior to lift the vehicle, discharge the
vehicle completely.
• When you change a wheel, remove any
rust or dirt from places where the wheel
attaches to the vehicle.
WARNING
Lifting a vehicle and getting under it to do
maintenance or repairs is dangerous without
the appropriate safety equipment and
training. The jack provided with your vehicle
is designed only for changing a at tyre. If it
is used for anything else, you or others could
be badly injured or killed if the vehicle slips
off the jack. Use the jack provided with your
vehicle only for changing a at tyre.
INFORMATION
When the vehicle is new or when the wheels
or fasteners are new, re-tighten wheel stud
nuts and rim clamp nuts with a torque wrench
at rst 250, 500 and 1000 kilometers.
Rust or dirt on a wheel, or on the parts to
which it is fastened, can make wheel nuts
become loose after a time.
