6. For example, when SMU2 is the current instrument under test and the total number is seven, the
test support SMU loop should be SMU3~SMU7 and GNDU.

Basic continuity test connections
When two SMUs are working in 2W mode the Basic Test will only check the cross point on the
instrument card. For Example, the current SMU is SMU2, and the support SMU is SMU3, and the row
pair is (C, D)(see next Figure):
When SMUs are working in the 2W mode, the Basic Test will only check the cross point on the
instrument card. For Example, if the SMU under test is SMU2, the test support SMU is SMU3, and the
current row is B (see the next Figure for an example):

Non-Kelvin short test
The purpose of the short test is to confirm that the adjacent paths from the SMU to a pin on the probe
card are not shorted.
