Force test

ng the short test, SMUs are used in the 2W mode. The test flow is the same as the instrument
card 2W tests.
Sense test
Duri
ng the sense test, the SMUs are used in four-wire (4W) mode and both the force and sense parts
of the matrix are used (see next two Figures).
Use pin 1 (or pin N) and pin 3 to connect the GNDU force and sense.
Use the last row pair A and B with a Model 2410, and E and F without a Model 2410.
