Chapter 5 Corner adjustment
1. Manual Corner adjustment
Please plug calibration plug into 15 pins RS232 at the back of indicator for manual Corner
adjustment. Please refer to the below chart for detailed information. (* original value, load
cell number starts 01, if there are 4 load cells in total, they are 01,02,03,04 )

Notice
please plug off calibration plug when operation finishes
When mistake happen which be caused by hot plug in or off, please press key “check“ or
“power off” for a new set up
2. Automatic Corner adjustment
Generally speaking, digital load cell has a good sensitivity consistency. When the scale has been
correctly installed, it only needs slight hand adjustment according to the user’s manual, or even do
not need adjustment. If it can not be adjusted equal by hand please apply to the auto adjustment.
Operating Steps：
Power off——Plug in the calibration plug——Power on
