Function Description:

The "Favorite Feature" is a shortcut that allows users to instantly access a pre-programmed feature or function of the receiver. It acts as a quick access button for frequently used settings or sources. The receiver offers a total of six favorite presets that can be customized by the user.

Usage Features:

Programming a Favorite Feature:

  1. Identify Assignable Functions: Not all functions or features can be assigned to a favorite preset. Users can identify assignable functions by looking for the "FAV" icon displayed in the lower right-hand corner of the receiver's screen.
  2. Navigate to Desired Feature: The user must first navigate to the specific feature or function they wish to set as a favorite.
  3. Initiate Programming: Once the desired feature is displayed and confirmed to be assignable (by the "FAV" icon), the user needs to press and hold the "search" button for three seconds.
  4. Select Preset Number: After initiating programming, the display will show "FAVORITE MEMORY." The user then uses the control wheel to highlight the desired preset number (from 1 to 6) where they want to save the feature.
  5. Confirm Selection: Pressing the control wheel (or "enter") confirms the selection and saves the feature to the chosen preset number.

Accessing Preset Favorites:

  1. Access Favorite Menu: From the main screen of the receiver, the user turns the control wheel either left or right. This action will bring up the "FAVORITE CALL" menu, displaying the list of programmed presets.
  2. Highlight Desired Preset: The user then uses the multi-control wheel to highlight the specific preset they wish to access.
  3. Activate Preset: Pressing the multi-control wheel (or "enter") activates the highlighted preset, instantly taking the user to the saved feature or function.
