⑤ Mark the position of each hole with a marker or by other means.
⑥ For the next 24 hours, the test site should be protected from any
artificial and natural UV light source.
⑦ After 24 hours, the patient should go back to the hospital.
⑧ After the irradiation, six irradiation spots will gradually show on
the skin, as shown in Fig. 4-6. According to the mark, determine the test
spot (No. 1 to 6) for each irradiation doses.
