Determine the counter firmware version
– Press the Help key, then the About softkey.
– An information screen (Figure 2-4) is displayed that contains the following
items:
– Keysight Model Number
– Instrument Serial Number
– IP and GPIB addresses
– Firmware Version (Format: x.xx - x.xx - xx - xx - xx)
– Installed Options
