Steps Node-locked and transportable licenses
a ClickAdd a new hostand enter the Host ID (12-character MAC address) from the PathWave Desktop Edition.
b Launch PathWave Desktop Edition andclick the Install a License tile.
c The Host ID of your machine (12-character MACaddress) should appear as below. Enter any one of the options on the website.
Steps USB portable license
a Click Add a newUSB Portable FlexNet ID host and enter the Flexnet ID (in the 10-XXXXXXXX format) printed on the Flex-10 USB
dongle.
b To use USB dongle license, download and install Keysight Licensing USB Driver for Windows 64. Unzip the content into temporary
folder.
c Run the Setup64.exe as administrator. Follow the installer prompts, accepting the default values.
d Connectthe dongle to a USB port.
e On Keysight Pathwave Desktop Edition, go to Software > Licenses and Support to retrieve the FlexNetID as shown below.
