8. Refer to Figure 20. To separate the LCD (1) from the display bracket (2), remove the four
screws (3 ) . Avoid getting fingerprints or debris in the display or glass filter.

9. Locate the replacement display shield in the kit and attach it to the display. Torque the four screws
to 5 inch-pounds.
10.Carefully wipe any dirt or lint from the display before replacing the assembly into the front frame.
11.Reassembly the front frame components. Refer to the PXA Service manual Assembly
Replacement Procedures.
