Driver position memory system (if equipped)
The Driver Position Memory System is provided to store and recall the following
memory settings with a simple button operation.
• Driver's seat position
• Outside rear view mirror
• Head-Up Display (HUD)
• Steering wheel
Precautions
WARNING
Never attempt to operate the driver position memory system whilst the vehicle is
moving. This could result in loss of control, and an accident causing death, serious in
jury, or property damage.
NOTE
• If the battery is disconnected, the memory settings will be erased.
• If the Driver Position Memory System does not operate normally, we recommend
that you have the system checked by an authorised Kia dealer/service partner.

Easy access function
Operating
You can activate/deactivate the operating for the front seat and steering wheel on the
Infotainment system screen.
• Driver's seat
◦ Select Settings > Vehicle > Seats > Seat Easy Access > Dirver seat easy access
• Passenger's seat
◦ Select Settings > Vehicle > Seats > Seat Easy Access > Passenger Seat
• Steering wheel
◦ Select Settings > Vehicle > Seats > Seat Easy Access > Steering easy access
Operating condition(s)
• Front seats move backward and steering wheel moves upward when the vehicle is
in the OFF position and the driver door is opened.
• Front seats move forward and steering wheel moves back to its original position
when the vehicle is in the ACC or ON position and the driver door is closed when
you have the smart key with you.
