Posion the steering wheel so the Mickey Mouse ears are facing up.
Place the steering rod and wire connector through the opening located on the
front panel. Be sure the end of the steering rod is fully inserted through the hole
in the front axle assembly.
Press the steering wheel down into the body unl the tabs on the base of the
steering wheel snap into place.
Check the steering wheel is securely aached and turns freely.
