before each use. Do not use the product if it is damaged or
shows wear.
> Double check that accessories or application tools are
properly fixed.
> Check the fuel level, refill if necessary.
> Always hold the product on its handles. Keep the handles
dry to ensure safe support.
> Ensure that the air vents are always unobstructed and
clear. Clean them if necessary with a soft brush. Blocked
air vents may lead to overheating and damage the product.
> Switch the product off immediately if you are disturbed
while working by other people entering the working area.
Always let the product come to complete stop before
putting it down.
> Do not overwork yourself. Take regular breaks to ensure
you can concentrate on the work and have full control over
the product.

Starting/Stopping
Cold Start
>
cutting attachment does not touch the ground or any
objects.
> Set the ignition switch (12b) to the āIā position (Fig. 12a).
> Depress the primer (7) until fuel is visible and move the
choke lever (8) to its ā CLOSEā position (Fig. 12b).
> Press the throttle interlock [12a] and throttle control (12c),
hold them in position.
> Hold the product stable and pull the recoil starter
handle(11) slowly until you feel a definite resistance
(starter engaged) and then give it a brisk, strong pull.
Repeat until the engine starts. (Note: If the engine cannot
start, pull the choke lever downward to" OPEN" position
and repeat this step until the engine starts.) (Fig. 12c).
