Why won't the pilot light stay lit on my Kingsman Indoor Fireplace?
    • C
      Christina DavisAug 7, 2025
If the pilot light won't stay lit even after following the lighting instructions, it could be due to: * A defective thermocouple. Ensure the pilot flame impinges on both the generator and thermocouple. Try cleaning and adjusting the pilot for maximum flame impingement. If it still won't hold, replace the thermocouple, tightening it by hand plus an additional 1/8 turn. * A defective valve magnet. If replacing the thermocouple doesn't solve the issue, the valve may need to be replaced.

How to fix frequent pilot outage problem in Kingsman Indoor Fireplace?
    • C
      Christopher LindseyAug 11, 2025
Frequent pilot outages in your Kingsman Indoor Fireplace can often be attributed to the pilot flame itself. If the pilot flame is either too low or is being blown too high, it can cause the pilot safety to drop out. To resolve this, you should clean and adjust the pilot flame to ensure maximum flame impingement on both the generator and the thermocouple.

How to fix spark igniter that will not light in Kingsman Indoor Fireplace?
    • S
      Shawn RosarioAug 17, 2025
If the spark igniter on your Kingsman Indoor Fireplace isn't lighting, check for a spark at the electrode and pilot. If there's no spark and the electrode wire is properly connected, you may need to replace the igniter. If there is a spark, use a match to light the pilot. If the pilot lights, turn it off and push the red button again. If the pilot still won't light, check the gap at the electrode and pilot; it should be 1/8” to 1/4” to ensure a strong spark.

What to do if flame lifts off burner and goes out in Kingsman Indoor Fireplace?
    • B
      Bonnie PopeAug 21, 2025
If the flame lifts off the burner and extinguishes in less than 30 seconds, the inner 4” liner may have detached from the flue or termination, causing flame starvation. Reattach the 4” liner to the flue or termination using screws, silicone, and clamps as described in the manual.

Why flame lifts off burner on one side in Kingsman Indoor Fireplace?
    • M
      Mary JonesAug 27, 2025
If the flame lifts off the burner on one side while the rest remains lit, it's likely due to improper installation of the firebrick, possibly leaning. Make sure to position the firebrick against the firebox walls and secure it using brick clips attached to the inner side of the firebox.

What to do if pilot burning but no gas to burner in my Kingsman Indoor Fireplace?
    • M
      Mark RodriguezNov 1, 2025
If the pilot light is on, the valve knob is in the “ON” position, and the wall switch is also “ON”, but there's no gas going to the burner, here's what you can check: 1. Ensure the wall switch and its wiring are properly connected. You can bypass the wall switch by using a jumper wire across its terminals. If the burner then ignites, the wall switch is defective and needs replacement. If it doesn't help, jump the wires across the wall switch wires at the valve. If the burner comes on, the wires are faulty or connections are bad. 2. Test the generator with a millivolt meter at the gas valve terminals. It should read a minimum of 325 millivolts while holding the valve knob depressed in the pilot position and the wall switch in the “off” position. Replace the generator if the reading is be...
