Tighten the fuel cap nut and bleed the system by loosening the air vent screw over the fuel filter and fuel injection pump. Clean or replace the injection nozzle if there are thick carbon deposits. If it's cold, consider changing the engine oil to a grade suitable for the temperature. Check the actuator and speed sensor wire connections. Adjust the air gap between ring gear and the tip of the speed sensor. For valve clearance issues, contact your KIOTI dealer.
