Frequency of check
1. Lubricate the following points.
2. King pins, Pedal shaft
3. Check the following points to be
connected securely.
Hydraulic inlet pipe clamps. Fuel
pipe clamps.
4. Clean air cleaner element.
5. Clean fuel filter.
6. Check battery electrolyte level.
7. Check fuel pipe.
8. Check fan drive belt tension
9. Check clutch play.
10. Check brake play.
11. Check steering wheel play.
12. Check front axle support.
13. Check Toe-in.
1. Check that the radiator hose is
fastened securely.
2. Check fuel pipe, radiator pipe, oil
pressure pipe.
1. Check that the clutch pedal works
properly and has sufficient play.
2. Check that the brake pedals work
properly and have sufficient play.
3. Check that fan belt tension is
proper.
4. Check that the steering wheel works
properly.
5. Check front wheel shaft supporters
so that no vibration occurs during
operation.
6. Change transmission oil filter
cartridge.
1. Change the engine oil and filter
cartridge.
2. Change of air cleaner element.
3. Check the radiator hose and tight-
ness of hose.
4. Check the air cleaner hose and
tightness of the clamp.

The difference between the
front and rear most ends of
wheels should be 2 ~ 8mm
(0.0787 ~ 0.3149 in.)
40 ~ 50mm (1.57 ~ 1.96 in.)
20 ~ 30mm (0.78 ~ 1.18 in.)
Adjust fan belt so that it has
about 7mm (9/32 in.) play in
tension.
20-50mm (13/16-2in.) at
outer circumference.
Wash with kerosene or
Diesel oil.
