Drainage bolt
Important
* Select engine oil with suitable viscosity as per
air temperature.
* Replace engine oil every 6 months despite
working or not.
* Please apply CD grade engine oil.
5.8 Check and maintenance every 500
hours
■ Replacement of suction filter element in
hydraulic oil tank
1. Remove the drainage bolts with subtense of
22mm after temperature in hydraulic oil tank
falls down; then drain out oil and tighten bolts
after that. In case of replacement of hydraulic
oil and element at different time, keep the oil
clean while replacement.
2. Remove bottom pedal and cushion, replace
the element.
3. After replacement, check cushion for any
damages and install bottom pedal firmly. In
case of damages of cushion, replace it with a
new one.
Suction filter element
Important
* Check oil level after element replacement. In case
of insufficient oil, fill in immediately.
■ Check and filling of oil in differential case at
front and rear half shaft
1. Remove the plug and check engine oil level to
see if it is filled near lower line of plug hole
(hexed plug with
subtense length of 10mm).
2. In case of insufficient engine oil, fill in
immediately.
3. After oil level check and oil filling, tighten all bolts.
