6. Reason and solution
Chapter 6 Reason and solution
● Find the reason according to the following table if any failure occurs and solve it.
● If having any doubt, you can inquire the purchasing company or the fixed service company.
6.1 Engine failure
Problem Reason Solution
（1）The job oil is stagnant
（1）Check the fuel tank and clean the
impurities and water
（2）Check the fuel filter. Change for a
new one if it is dirty
（2）Air or water is fixed in the oil
transporting system
（1）Check the oil pipeline and tighten
the clamp. Replace or repair it if it breaks
（2）Discharge the air(refer to the [air
discharge of fuel system])
（3）Machine oil is too sticky to
make the motor work when in
low temperature.

to the temperature(use machine oil
