Your KitchenAid Blender might stop during blending due to overloading or jamming. To resolve this:
* Press the O (Off) button to reset the blender.
* If overloaded, remove the jar and divide the contents into smaller batches, consider adding liquid.
* If jammed, remove the pitcher and clear any obstructions from the blades by breaking up or removing contents at the bottom of the jar.

If your KitchenAid Blender isn't working when you select a setting, ensure it's properly plugged into a grounded 3-prong outlet. If plugged in, press the O (Off) button, unplug it, and then plug it back into the same outlet. If it still doesn't work, check the fuse or circuit breaker on the electrical circuit to which the blender is connected to make sure the circuit is closed.

How to fix KitchenAid Blender when it turns on but blades won't rotate?

If your KitchenAid Blender turns on but the blades won't rotate, it could be that the pitcher isn't properly secured in the locking collar (glass pitcher models only). Remove the pitcher from the base and fully seat it into the collar. Press down and rotate the pitcher clockwise in the locking collar past the second “click.” This will allow the pitcher assembly to engage the coupler.
