The surface cooking areas
do not operate.
• A household fuse has
blown, or a circuit breaker
has opened.
• The touch controls are not
set properly.
• Replace the household
fuse or reset the circuit
breaker.

The touch controls do not re-
spond.
• The correct sequence to
operate the touch controls
is not being followed.
• The touch controls are not
being touched in the cor-
rect location.

Cooking does not have the
desired results.
• The cooktop is not level.
• The pan used is not the
correct type or size.
• Level the cooktop.

same size, or slightly
larger, than the cooking
area being used.
• Cookware does not fit the
surface cooking area be-
ing used.
