PROBLEM
The Display shows
a time counting
down but the oven
is not cooking
You do not hear the
Programming Tone
Smoke is coming
out of vent during
broiling
“F” followed by a
number appears
on Display
CAUSE
• The oven door is not closed completely.
• You have set the controls as a kitchen timer. Touch CANCEL
to cancel the Minute Timer.
• The command is not correct.
• This is normal, just as in conventional broiling.
• There has been a command pad failure. Call for service. See
Step 2 on page 56. Touch Number pad 1 to clear failure code
from Display.
If none of these items was causing your problem, see “Requesting Assistance or Service” on
pages 56 and 57.
