COMPONENT ACCESS
COMPONENTS AT THE BACK OF A
DOUBLE OR SINGLE WALL OVEN
With the back service cover removed, you will
expose electrical connecons for the:
Broil Element, Oven Sensor, and Convecon
Element, all of these components will be
removed for service from inside the oven cavity.
There is no need to remove the oven from the
cabinet.
Also accessible at the back (and serviced from the
back of the oven) are the:
Exhaust Blower Motor, Oven Shutdown Thermal
Fuse, Oven Light Assembly (one on each side),
Convecon Motor and Bake Element and Probe
Jack.
REMOVING THE OVEN SHUTDOWN
THERMAL FUSE FROM THE UPPER OVEN
OF A DOUBLE OVEN, OR A SINGLE OVEN
Remove two mounng screws and remove the
fuse.
Note: Before replacing this fuse make sure you
know what condion made this fuse open and
correct it.
REMOVING THE OVEN SHUTDOWN
THERMAL FUSE FROM THE LOWER OVEN
OF DOUBLE OVEN
The Oven Shutdown Thermal Fuse for the lower
oven in a double oven conguraon is located
between the upper and lower ovens - it is
located behind the lower oven exhaust Fan/
Motor Assembly.
Remove the Fan/Motor Assembly mounng
screws (two on each side) and remove the
assembly. The Oven Shutdown thermal Fuse for
the boom oven is now exposed. Remove the
electrical connecons and the two mounng
screws to remove the fuse.
Note: Before replacing this fuse make sure you
know what condion made this fuse open and
correct it.
WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
Replace all parts and panels before operating.
