COMPONENT ACCESS
REMOVING THE CONVECTION FAN
MOTOR (CONT)
Remove three fan motor mounng screws and the
motor is now accessible from the back of the
oven. (Convecon Fan removed)
REMOVING THE HIDDEN BAKE ELEMENT
Under the cover you need to locate and remove
two bake element mounng screws.
Between the element terminals is a clip that
needs to be bent upward far enough to free the
element from the housing.
Note: when pulling the element out, there will be
some resistance because of the element coils.
Li the coils upward to free the element.
At the back of the oven locate the bake element
terminals. Remove the two electrical
connecons from the element.
The cover protecng the bake element locaon
has ve mounng screws that need to be
removed.
Arrange the wire harness at the le so that you
can remove the cover.
With the cover removed a perforated cover is
mounted in place with three screws. Remove
the screws and bend the cover upward
WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
Replace all parts and panels before operating.
Clip under the cover between terminals
