TROUBLESHOOTING
Note: Before contacting customer service, check if your problem is listed in the
table below and follow the mentioned solution.
Problem Potential cause Solution
The dishwasher does
not start.
The fuse is out or blown. Replace the fuse or
ip the switch again.
Remove all other devices
that are connected to
the circuit themselves.
No power. Make sure that the
appliance is switched on,
the door is rmly closed
and the mains cable is
rmly plugged into the
socket.
The door is not closed
properly.
When closing, make
sure that the door lock
engages.
No water is pumped out
of the dishwasher.
The drain hose is kinked. Check the drain hose.
The lter is clogged. Clean and check the
lter.
The drain is blocked. Check your drain and
clean it if necessary. If
you still have problems.
Contact a specialist
company.
Foam in the tub. Incorrect dishwashing
detergent.
Only use detergent
that is suitable for
dishwashers. If there
is still foam in the
tub, open the door
and allow the foam to
evaporate. Fill the hose
with approx. 4.5 litres of
water. Close and lock the
dishwasher and start any
programme to drain the
water. Repeat this step if
necessary.
