2. Turn the steam dial on and o to allow the espresso machine to emit steam
for a few seconds. Then switch the steam regulator back on and clean the
steam opening if it is blocked by milk residue.
Preparation of hot water
1. Switch the unit on by pressing the "on/o" button. Wait for the water to get
hot.
2. Place a container under the steam pipe.
3. Press the one-cup button (3) or the two-cup button (8) and at the same time
turn the steam control knob anti-clockwise. The water comes out of the steam
pipe.
4. To interrupt the delivery of hot water, press the one-cup button (3) or the two-
cup button (8) again and close the steam knob by turning it clockwise.

Preparation of premium coee
All kinds of fancy espresso coee are made on the basis of espresso. Adding
milk can not only add a milky avour to the coee, it can also create a variety
of avours by adding milk, milk froth and cream in dierent proportions, which
