MAKING COFFEE
The ground coee beans and the grinding quality largely determine the quality of
the coee. It should take 20-25 seconds to make a cup of coee.
If the coee powder is too coarse, the coee extraction will be insucient, the
taste will be weak and the colour will be lighter. The foam will also be very thin
and the colour will be white. If the coee powder is too ne, the coee will be
extracted too much. It will look too dark and have no foam.
For a good cup of coee, use the right amount of freshly ground coee beans
(use a coee grinder). If you make coee with coee powder, the freshness of the
beans is very important. Coee bean oil can decompose if stored for a long time.
